I can live with something like this. Too bad they won't consider a federal registry like sex offenders have.
It will cut down on puppy and kitten mills and hopefully expose the horror of small caged animal mills. Hamsters and other small pets who are being bred under the radar in basements and sheds and shipped to large pet chains under horrific conditions, often arriving dead. |
