took herb to be clipped today all seemed well (except the price increace)
any way got him home for a fuss, and as he was lay on his back i noticed 2 cuts like in his armpits of his front paws like he has been caught with the clippers Sorry
there no big more like grazes but surely he would of yelped or they would of seen blood (theres blood on his coat)

dont really know what to so or if its worth rining them to say somthing ? x
hes ok in himself xDodgy
I would definitely ring up!!!! It's completely unprofessional and dishonest of the groomer to not mention that they happened to injure your dog!
If the skin is broken, there maybe a risk of infection from the clippers, I wonder how meticulous they are about hygiene, in light of what happened.
I certainly wouldn't take Herb back there!
I agree with Andrea its a disgrace If I cut a dog I tell the owner , sometimes it cant be avoided due to dogs that are fidgety in the salon etc, but its fundamentally wrong for them not to say anything.
Definitely agree! Give them a ring and don't go back!
i am like karen i always mention even if its only a nic cannot understand how they have done that with the clippers as i use the clippers instead of scissors for that reason.
