This site was established to give Bichons breeders and owners the type of information that would help them to promote healthy happy dogs.
It is therefore required that all breeders MUST have either
1) Their dogs health checked using the correct vets, access to the info for all buyers
a) on their own sites
b) on this site
or
A letter from their vets stating that tests are carried out yearly.
Failure to do this will result in your accounts being deleted. This is not a personal issue its for the protection of animals.
