Eurobichons - Steps to Try BEFORE Asking for Help

If you are having issues logging into the board please try the following before asking for help:

Make sure you are a registered member of this board. If not, you can open a new account HERE.
Make sure you are spelling your name or password correctly
Clear all your browser cache
Clear all your cookies
Clear all your temporary internet files (offline content as well)
Restart your computer and try again.
If this still fails, try asking the board to reset your password with the link provided in the login box (make sure your email on the board is correct or you won't get it.

If after all the above fails please use the CONTACT link in the Main Menu on the left side of the page and please, give the username and email you registered with. This includes if you did not get the activation email within 24 hours after joining.

If you are having problems viewing certain areas of the board and you are a member please consider the following:

Members who have not made a proper introduction and replied after you've been greeted will have a limited view of the board until doing so.
As you post more, more areas of the board will open up to you. This is an automatic feature of the software.

If you are having issues and getting some kind of error message, please post a new topic in the TECH forum and please be as clear and conscise as you can. I will need to know what the error says to help you and the exact steps you took to get said error.

YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO POST ON THE BOARD.

If after all the above fails please use the CONTACT link in the Main Menu on the left side of the page and please, as stated above, be as concise as possible so I can sort your issue out quickly.
